DM² Architects is an architectural practice based in Larnaka, Cyprus founded in 2022.
Our Vision is to create architecture focusing on peoples' essential needs for a more humanized environment.
Our philosophy is based purely on the authenticity of designing human experience in line with every project requirements and their users. We always examine before embracing any ideas to the client. Location, Orientation, Personal or Business needs, high or low budget is our expertise along the correct study guiding the client to the desired end result.
DM² Architects team has more than 10 years of experience within the architecture industry and construction sites, thus is strictly committed in following up with all the stages of each project giving the client a more relaxed and joyful experience all along.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We are offering a complete Design package which includes Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical studies based on your request, working on any preferable developments including residential, commercial and interior design.
INTERIOR/ EXTERIOR DESIGN
3D VISUALS
Working closely with you, we guide and form interior and exterior visual design to make your dream development come true. We provide material board sampling and 3d visuals for your project to meet your style and budget.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Collaboration and coordination with all the consultants, contractors and sub-constructors is what we lead and achieve a smooth ending. Your journey will no more be a hustle as we take control of the whole process.
TENDER & BUDGET ANALYSIS
Whether it's a business or a personal oriented project we analyse the cost of construction and manage to justify the project on economic grounds. Based on any budget high or low, we study the expenses and adjust accordingly.
PERMITS SUPERVISION
All the authority permit stages play a key role on the design and timing delays of every project. We lead, we follow and we issue permits the right way. Our team is always trained with all updated legislation, to direct the project and issue permits properly.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERIVISION
Over more than 10 years of experience within the constructions sites, we always dig into our project on the making. Supervision on Details, Resolving issues, can only be achieved when the architect is present within the construction site.
